and retaining high performance Quality teams?

and whole group discussions around why intelligence and experience
does matter, but matters less than talent and potential.
Whether you are a manager or an individual contributor, this session
will provide insight, ideas and discussion around the best ways to
find the best talent for your organization and how to quickly
integrate new hires into high-functioning teams. We will share
strategies and practical models for Hiring and Retaining Top Talent
that can lead to both better performance and decreased turnover.
Marti Mamrak has over 30 years experience in global
businesses such as Sigma-Aldrich, Exxon Mobile, ProPharma, SeraCare,
Bend Research, Validation Resources, PharmaNet, and more. She has
her Masterís in Education and Technology. Kelly and Marti are
certified development specialist with the Meyers-Briggs Type
