In February of 2018, ASQ published the ASQ TR2-2018 COST OF QUALITY; guidelines for the development, implementation and monitoring to improve quality and performance. This standard aligns the concepts of the cost of quality with the requirements of ISO 9001. It reinforces the mandate that business systems and QMS systems must be aligned if they are to provide benefit for the organization and the customer. This presentation will elaborate on the alignments and demonstrate how they can be applied by any organization.
