May 16, 2019 Dinner Meeting

"New" Superpower in a Heartless, Techno-gen,
e-Connected World

Presented by: Daniel Indish

One superpower separates you from robots, AI, toxic managers, techno-generationals, and zombies; EMPATHY - skills in listening, mapping and leadership.
-Learn ancient mind-meld secrets Marketeers use to make you "want" to buy 5-Star Customer experiences.
-Absorb sacred philosophies the Military uses to create unconscious desires to jump out of perfectly good airplanes; on command.
-Attendees will be able to apply the psychology of Personas, Consumer Journeys and Mind-Mapping to Work, Life and Love for better, leaner communications.

Course is based on over 10 years of direct Consumer experience at SharkNinja (as "Daniel the Happy Shark" on Amazon for vacuums and blenders), and within the national Home Depot remodeling group.  It includes over 20 years of creating mind-bending experiential camps for kids.

Daniel Indish has an Industrial Engineering degree with Journalism minor credits from Michigan State University.   Daniel was certified as an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, CQE, and Six Sigma Greenbelt from Six Sigma Academy.   He is currently a Kaizen Continuous Improvement Manager at Hayward Pool Products at Quonset Point; driving electronics so Alexa can give you a sensual pool or spa experience. Daniel is known throughout New England as THE Problem FIXer - "I Find-Investigate-eXterminate problems for multi-million dollar $avings and customer satisfaction improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methods".  Daniel's career covers service in the U.S. Army (Captain of logistics for tank battalion and covert motorcycle gang leader), Texas Instruments (naval electronics), Brown & Sharpe (aka Hexagon measuring robots), founder of the Purple Squirrel Networking Group, Care New England, Simonton Windows (supporting The Home Depot), and SharkNinja.
