The Rhode Island Section of the ASQ (RIASQ) is an active section that provides many opportunities for our members to expand their knowledge and associations with other quality-minded professionals in the Rhode Island and South Eastern Massachusetts area. Please join us at our monthly dinner meetings where you will find a casual atmosphere, great food and excellent networking opportunities.
Our program content and speakers are selected to cover topics that are relevant and appealing to many industries including manufacturing, service, finance, education and healthcare.

Call for Nominations – 2018
Please submit names of nominated individuals
to Dean Chapman via email (email@example.com)
by September 22nd, 2017. Nominations
require the submission of a nomination
petition by at least 10 Regular Members*.
Eligible individuals must be Regular Members
of the Society and have a membership in the
Rhode Island 0107 Section.
Below is a brief description of each
position that is open for nominations; each
of these positions has a one year term.
The Chair provides leadership and oversight
to the member unit, prepared meeting
agendas, and is the presiding officer.
The Vice Chair performs duties as directed
by the Chair in support of the
organization’s mission and goals. The
position does not succeed to the position of
Chair following the end of the first term.
The Secretary documents member unit business
and maintains the records. This
position serves as the official
correspondent of the section
The Treasurer oversees funds, maintains
accurate financial records, and reports on
the financial condition as directed by the
Society bylaws, policies and procedures.
*Regular members are voting members of the
