Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) Preparation Course (Virtual)

The Certified Quality Auditor is a professional who understands the standards and principles of auditing and the auditing techniques of examining, questioning, evaluating and reporting to determine a quality system’s adequacy and deficiencies. The Certified Quality Auditor analyzes all elements of a quality system and judges its degree of adherence to the criteria of industrial management and quality evaluation and control systems.

Classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm to 7:00pm beginning on 11/18/24 and ending on 12/18/24 (10 classes).

Root Cause Analysis Workshop (Virtual)

This seminar uses thoughtful exercises and humorous analogies to provide practical advice on how to identify real obstacles to organizational improvement.   Discussions will focus on the concept of root cause as well as the analytical methods to objectively identify it.  We will also discuss how to document a failure investigation and develop appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.  This seminar will provide individuals with the necessary skills and tools to reach and maintain excellence through continual improvement and should be of interest to analysts, engineers, managers, supervisors and other individuals responsible for resolving problems in any organization.

This workshop will be conducted virtually on Wednesday afternoons from 12:30pm to 4:30pm on 10/30/24 and 11/06/24 for a total of 8 hours.
