There are more distinct generations in the workplace now than there has been at any other time in American history. Baby Boomers account for 20-25% of the workforce, Gen X 30-35%, Millennials 35-40%, and Gen Z 5-10%. Each of these generations has different expectations and motivations for the workplace and their careers. Navigating these differences, particularly as technology advances, can be challenging.

Join us for a fireside chat with members of the Young Professionals group. We’ll talk about meeting the needs of different generations in the workforce, how to engage the younger generations in Quality roles, and what the Quality Professional of the future looks like from the perspective of Young Professionals. This will be an open dialog with participation from the audience highly encouraged.
